The Governing Body Structure :
The work of the Governing Body is undertaken by a number of committees. In Baildon, these are Education and Safeguarding which looks at issues relating to Teaching and Learning, Standards and Safeguarding. The Chair of the Education Committee is Mrs Judith Ibbotson.
The Resources committee looks at Finance, Staffing, Buildings and Health and Safety Issues. The Chair of the Resources Committee is Mrs Victoria Leather.
The Admissions committee looks at issues relating to Admissions. The Chair of the Admissions Committee is Mrs Alison Boggie.
The Governing Body as a group meet five times a year in September, November, February , May and July. Committee meetings take place following the meeting in September and between the meetings of the Governing Body. The Chair of the Governing Body is Mrs Alison Boggie.
